As Lead 3D Artist, I was responsible for creating a modular industrial catwalk kit for the Dead Matter project. This kit was designed to be used extensively throughout the map and was intended to provide designers with a flexible and customizable set of assets. In order to make the most of the available texture resolution, I used a single 4k by 2k texture set to create the entire kit. This involved careful planning and the use of various texture mapping techniques in order to achieve a high level of detail and visual interest. The end result was a versatile and efficient set of assets that could be used to create a wide range of industrial environments.
